Great local gym with all the basics, no frills but everyone is friendly and there to get the job done. Sonny the owner is so nice and easily accessible. Great gym for someone who knows what they are doing and doesn't want any bull$#!t

great local gym for a good priced. has all the equipment you need including more HIIT stuff like sleds and big tires. owner (Sonny) is a great guy and responds quickly to any issues. its not flashy but thats what I like most about it

Awesome, low-key environment with anything you could want to workout from machines to free weights and even unorthodox tools such as the battle ropes and a tractor tire to flip! Very flexible hours and a keyfab entry to the unstaffed gym gives you all the freedom you could want
